How long is my Warranty?
Each brand has a different warranty period ranging from 1 year to lifetime. Click "here" to see a full list of brands warranty periods.
What does this warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use of the product within the warranty period and conditions.
What will we do to correct the problem?
We will arrange pickup, repair or replacement of your product at no cost to you.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from WeldersMart is 1 year to lifetime (depending on which item you purchased) from the date of purchase.
Will my product be repaired or replaced?
Every manufacturer has different policies for each product, depending on the circumstances your product will either be repaired or replaced.
What does this warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
- Water damage (Except for products that are designed to be used in water e.g Submersible Water Pumps)
WeldersMart shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product(s) while in transit to us and/or the manufacturer.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
We will arrange to pick the product up from you free of charge and send it to the manufacturer. For some manufacturers, a repair technician from the manufacturer may choose to visit you to repair it.
