Returns Policy

Consumer Returns

We have a 20 day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. It must be packaged correctly to protect the products original packaging so that it can be resold. If shipping labels or coloured tape is stuck to the original packaging we reserve the right not to accept it.

Some types of goods are not eligible to be returned e.g. consumables of any type (electrodes, wire and gas). Gift certificates and special orders are also not refundable.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged but subject to the above conditions.

Returning Gifts

If somebody has bought and sent you a gift and you wish to return it, you will receive a gift certificate to the value of the return. (subject to the above return conditions)

Return Shipping

You must first get a returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. You must email service@weldersmart.ie requesting your return authorisation. We will email an RMA form which must be included with your package.

Please allow us up to 48 hours for us to process your RMA request.

If you have created an account, you can complete your RMA within.

To return your product, you must ship your product to: 4a Cottage Hill Commercial Park, Loughrea, Co.Galway, Ireland.

You are responsible for the returns shipping cost; however, we will not deduct the original cost for your order provided all items are returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note if the products being exchanged or refunded because they are faulty, we will cover all costs. (Please use a signed by delivery courier service)

Business Returns

Our return policy for businesses are 10 days from the date you receive your product(s).

A 20% re-stocking charge is deducted from your refund amount for unwanted items.

Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping/postage must be paid by you.
